About:

I joined RARI DAO as a delegate in the LaunchPad II program, and have been an active contributor and participant in discussions to stay updated on DAO proposals. I have a background in marketing, but my passion is DAO governance and how it can improve the community for the betterment of all it’s members.

I believe in active governance participation as a positive way to help the RARI community and the protocol to continue to grow and move forward. I take my governance responsibilities very seriously, and work hard to increase my knowledge of the RARI protocol, understand the needs of the DAO, and contribute to the growth of RARI.

Core Values:

  1. Transparency & Accountability
I believe in openly communicating the rationale behind every vote, ensuring that decisions align with the DAO’s best interests. This includes safeguarding the treasury, acting in the community’s best interest, and prioritizing integrity over personal gain.

  2. Constructive Collaboration
I engage with diverse perspectives within the DAO to foster productive discussions and reach well-reasoned decisions. My goal is to build consensus and drive forward initiatives that strengthen the DAO while maintaining a respectful and solution-oriented approach.

  3. Sustainable Growth & Stewardship
I am committed to responsible treasury management, ensuring that funds are allocated wisely to initiatives that provide long-term value. My decisions prioritize the DAO’s alignment, sustainability, and strategic development, always advocating for thoughtful proposals and impactful governance.

Disclosures/Conflicts of Interest:

I do not serve as a delegate for any other DAOs. However, I do participate in governance in other DAOs, including ArbitrumDAO and Black Flag DAO.

I fully abide with the RARI DAO Code of Conduct, and if any conflict of interest were to arise, I would abstain from the vote, and fully disclose the details of the conflict on the forums.

RRC-37: RARI Foundation 2025 Operational Budget

Voted: For

Note: I voted with my LaunchPad II wallet - 0x3Bc71d21DC7B07a70E01159593d8F954eb065644 - which had no voting power, and therefore my vote count for this proposal had a “0” vote value. See rational for explanation.

Rational: I voted in favor of this proposal, as I determined that the 2025 budget presented by the Foundation was transparent in detail, the expenses were aligned with prior years budgets and were not excessive, and the Foundation addressed all detailed budgetary questions requested by the delegates. See my forum comments for more details.

Due to changing my delegation wallet used in LaunchPad II to another delegation wallet in LaunchPad III, I had two issues with Tally that would not allow me to vote with my current delegation wallet. These technical issues included that Tally would not verify that I had voting power and would not allow for gasless voting. RARI Foundation were able to resolve both voting issues with my current delegation wallet for the RRC-40 proposal vote.

RRC 38: Updating and Migrating Delegate Launchpad Program to RARI chain

Voted: Unable to vote due to Tally wallet technical issues

Rational: Technical issues occurred with Tally voting that could not verify that I had any voting power and unable to vote gasless.

If I had been able to vote, I would have voted in favor of this proposal, as it strengthens governance, provides growth opportunities with multi-chain governance, and offers equal participation for all DAO community members. See my forum reasoning for more details.

RRC-39: Multichain Primary & Secondary Protocol Fees

Voted: Unable to vote due to Tally wallet technical issues

Rational: Technical issues occurred with Tally voting that could not verify that I had any voting power and unable to vote gasless.

RRC-40: RARI DAO Delegate Incentive Program

Voted: For

Rational: I voted in favor of this proposal. With its “carrot” approach and simple success measurements, it incentivizes delegates to increase their governance participation, creates successful high-value proposals, and rewards active delegates with increased voting power. See forum discussions for more details here and here.
