Milestones Achieved ‘La Ronda’ Art JAM


:gem: Brand Development: We have created a strong brand identity that really shows who we are and what we do, keeping everything in sync with the vibes of RARI FNDTN and Happ3n.

:selfie:t3: Brand Communication: We established an effective collaboration between Happ3n and RARI Foundation, which strengthens our presence in the artistic and Web3 ecosystem. We also invented a hashtag on X #ArtForImpact when all the artists know they were selected to be in ‘La Ronda’ and share their art on networks, they will be using that hashtag

:tickets: Dedicated Landing Page: We launched a landing page on Happ3n, accessible at happ3n.xyz/rarible-art which allows artists to access the call in an orderly manner, improving the user experience.



:spiral_calendar: Execution Schedule: We are moving forward as planned, with a 3.5 month process for the completion of ‘The Round’. We started working in August, creating an exclusive brand for the event. However, now comes a phase of selection and onboarding for artists about RARI and La Ronda that can be slow, however we will make this happ3n very naturally and as it should.

:dancer:t2: Communication in Spanish: To connect with our Hispanic audience, all of our communication has been done in Spanish, making them feel at home and promoting an inclusive environment.

🪼 Expectation Campaign: We have launched a previous campaign from Happ3n’s X account, generating excitement and FOMO in our community, and drawing attention to NFT artists in LATAM.

:lemon: Artist Selection Process: Currently, our three art curators are reviewing the works of 27 artists who registered for this first edition. A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 18 artists will be selected, which will facilitate the efficient management and execution of the mint of their works.

70% Exposure Artworks Happ3n is closing a partnership with an IRL Gallery in Mérida (MX); we want to make an exposition there to expand Digital NFT Art in the community and let the audience know about the artists and their work. 2 weeks (Fridays & Saturdays)
90% Social Campaign 2 X spaces with the community (talking about ‘La Ronda’ and the commitment we spect with the artists) and inviting RARI 2 weeks

/ Social Campaign 1 YouTube live interviewing selected artists from the ‘Ronda NFT’ TBD (4 days)
/ Facilitate Engagement Encourage interaction and feedback between artists and attendees. Provide opportunities for networking, collaboration, and sales of artworks, potentially through the Rarible platform. This can also kickstart a globalization strategy for Rarible, beginning with the Spanish-speaking community. 2 weeks
/ Evaluate and Iterate Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the success of the Ronda NFT. Identify areas for improvement and consider adjustments for future iterations. 2 weeks
/ Extend Impact Explore opportunities to expand the reach and impact of the Ronda NFT beyond its duration. Consider connecting artists with opportunities available in RARI: ecosystem growth fund, creator fund, etc. 1.5 weeks

La Ronda Phase & Next Steps

· At this point we in the artist selection, following this we will have a minimum of 8 selected artists and a maximum of 18 as we spoke. So that this can be manageable and executable as soon as possible, and mint their artworks.

· Exposure Artworks: We already have an art gallery called ‘Casa Creativa’ that will be available at the beginning of November, however we want to expand and we are in talks with another art gallery to see if we can exhibit the same there.

· All the other points marked with / will be ready according to the time and form that we have regarding ‘La Ronda’

Thanks for the update! Please keep us updated about the final selected artists. This curation process is very valuable and could also help gathering talented artists for future programs.

Of course we will drop at the end of this program a blue print if any one wan’t to create this in another place will be so nice, passing steps to make this happen, structure and knowledge with LATAM.
So count on it :wink:
