Operational and Financial Updates: In Q1, the RARI Foundation conducted a series of strategic workshops to realign its strategy with that of the DAO, resulting in a more focused scope centered on partnerships with key adopters of the Rarible Protocol - primarily Rarible. This strategic shift included streamlining operations and headcount. The Foundation was actively represented at ETH Denver through a booth, a panel at the main conference, and a discussion at the SheFi Summit, and also joined the Rarible team at NFT Paris. To amplify ecosystem visibility, the Foundation launched an X series spotlighting RARI contributors, with a particular focus on delegates, and began curating a roster of key opinion leaders. It also proposed a mechanism to collect multichain secondary fees for the Rarible Protocol and initiated the design of primary fees in response to DAO feedback. Additionally, the FY 2025 Transparency Report was released.

Future Initiatives & Q4 Outlook: Looking ahead, the Foundation plans to kick off the KOL program and onboard or extend loan partners to support treasury needs. The outcomes of Q1 strategic workshops will be formalized in coordination with the DAO. The Foundation will also continue advancing the DAO upgrade and supporting the migration of governance to the RARI chain, specifically by aiding in the implementation of staking, running an accompanying awareness campaign, and shepherding the transition to a multichain governance model.
