About:

I’m an active DAO contributor since writing my thesis on governance, advocating for good governance practices. With a background in social and political sciences, I have a deep passion for decentralized organizations and protocol politics. My focus is on establishing robust processes and fostering DAO maturity, while being a strong voice for the community. I hope we can position the RARI ecosystem as a leading force in the NFT industry and the go-to platform for artists and creators.

Since joining the DAO through the second cohort of the delegate launchpad program, I’ve been an active contributor and advocate for the RARI ecosystem. I’ll do my best to keep up with the discussions and contributing to meaningful governance.

Core Values:

  • Community: I believe in fostering a welcoming environment where diverse perspectives are valued. My goal is to promote open dialogue, find common ground, and ensure decisions reflect the collective will of the community.
  • Education: Education is the gateway to unlocking new talent and ideas. The NFT ecosystem is still evolving, with many untapped use cases, and I’m committed to supporting education that drives meaningful development.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Measuring results and optimizing resource allocation is crucial for sustainable growth. I support using data analytics and KPIs to guide decision-making and ensure the treasury is used effectively.

Disclosures/Conflicts of Interest: I’m a delegate at other DAOs, including Scroll, ZKsync and Gaia.

Proposal: RRC-37: RARI Foundation 2025 Operational Budget

Vote: Against
Rationale: While the Foundation’s work is essential for the DAO’s continuity, I voted against this proposal due to concerns over high spending relative to the remaining treasury, a lack of budget transparency (no itemized breakdown), and insufficient financial reporting (no comprehensive public overview of all DAO assets). Additionally, the proposal lacked well-defined KPIs, which is critical given the DAO’s minimal revenue. With a comparatively small treasury, it’s essential to ensure responsible spending, and more detailed financial disclosures should be provided before approving such a significant budget (detailed reasoning in forum thread).

Proposal: RRC 38: Updating and Migrating Delegate Launchpad Program to RARI chain

Vote: For
Rationale: Continuing the Delegate Launchpad program is an important step for the DAO, giving that quality delegates (especially from the community) are crucial for building strong governance, also given the limited community delegations. The governance migration to the RARI chain is also a positive development, aligning the program with the ecosystem’s evolving framework and strengthening long-term participation (see forum thread).

Proposal: RRC-39: Multichain Primary & Secondary Protocol Fees

Vote: For
Rationale: Extending fee collection to multi-chain is a logical step to capture revenue, as the majority of secondary trading meanwhile happens outside Ethereum mainnet. Implementing multichain primary & secondary protocol fee collection supports long-term sustainability, and better aligns incentives with Rarible. Given the small implementation costs, this proposal is a clear benefit to the ecosystem.
