Rarible Creator Fund Program
Fourth Quarter Report: June 14th, 2026 – September 14th, 2026
Date: October 1st, 2026
Prepared by: Rarible Creator Fund Working Group
Program Overview Reference: Rarible Creator Fund Program
Working Group Reference: Establishment of the Creator Fund Working Group
Executive Summary
The Rarible Creator Fund Program, administered by the RARI Foundation, is designed to empower innovative creators, brands, and communities building within the Rarible ecosystem while advancing onchain commerce.
During the fourth quarter of operations (June 14th, 2026 through September 14th, 2026), the program did not award new grants and did not open a new application cycle. Activity across Q3 and Q4 was limited following Rarible’s acquisition by Impossible. Under new ownership, product focus shifted away from original NFT collection drops toward Pokémon cards, the Gacha Machine, and Solana-chain initiatives. As a result, there was insufficient marketplace alignment to responsibly deploy Creator Fund capital during this period.
No additional grants were disbursed in Q3 or Q4. The grants wallet balance remains unchanged at 65,583.94 $RARI tokens. Due to market movement, the USD equivalent declined from approximately $10,047 at the Q2 report date to $8,415.15 as of this report.
The Working Group maintained financial stewardship of remaining assets and continued monitoring of previously funded projects. The Rarible Creator Fund Program will continue. Given limited marketplace activity following the transition of Rarible.com to new ownership (Impossible), the Working Group is extending the program in order to keep searching for strong projects, brands, and creators to drop on Rarible.com. The program remains aligned with the RARI Foundation’s mission of transparency, community impact, and sustainable long-term value creation.
Program Activity
- Applications Received: Applications received this quarter: 7. No formal application window was opened in Q3 or Q4.
- Review Process and Criteria: No new reviews were conducted. Prior evaluation criteria remain in force: community strength, potential impact on the Rarible ecosystem, team execution capability, and revenue-generating potential.
- Market Context: Rarible was acquired by Impossible. Subsequent product priorities (Pokémon cards, Gacha Machine, Solana) reduced demand for original NFT drop support of the type this fund was designed to underwrite.
- Working Group Decision: Capital was conserved rather than forced into misaligned deployments. This preserves optionality if marketplace focus returns to creator collections.
Grants Awarded
No grants were distributed during Q4.
Cumulative grants awarded in prior periods remain as previously reported. No new disbursements were made in Q3 or Q4. Total value distributed this quarter: $0.

Outlook and Next Steps
The Working Group will continue the Rarible Creator Fund Program and its search for high-quality projects, brands, and creators to launch on Rarible.com.
Following the transition of Rarible.com to new ownership (Impossible), marketplace activity around original NFT collection drops has been limited. For that reason, the program is being extended. Remaining capital will stay under Working Group stewardship so that grants can be deployed when suitable applicants and marketplace conditions align.
Near-term priorities:
- Continue outreach and evaluation of projects suited to Rarible.com.
- Hold remaining 65,583.94 $RARI in the grants wallet pending qualified deployments.
- Continue attempts to resolve the outstanding Glitchy Bunnies grant-return issue.
- Reassess grant cadence as Impossible / Rarible product strategy and drop volume develop.
The Working Group will report again if strategy, wallet activity, or grant status changes materially before the next scheduled quarter.
