Operational and Financial Updates:
In Q2, the RARI Foundation rebuilt its team structure, refocusing the linear team on growth within the RARI ecosystem. Treasury strategy was updated through renegotiated loans, onboarding new partners, and diversifying revenue streams from both the Rarible Protocol and the RARI chain. The Foundation also launched a staking campaign, resulting in 162,337 RARI staked and delegated by 517 active stakers, and completed the governance upgrade with the launch of V2 RARI DAO. Operational efficiencies were achieved through streamlined processes and a reduced monthly burn.

Future Initiatives & Q3 Outlook:
Looking ahead, the Foundation plans to expand its treasury management strategy. This includes onboarding and extending ecosystem partners, as well as developing new partnership opportunities. The Creator Fund will be launched to onboard top artists and brands to the Rari ecosystem, and a rewards program in partnership with Rarible will roll out to boost user acquisition and community engagement.

Great report, @Anria thank you! I’m excited to see the focus for Q3 and beyond is on growth, treasury management and the creator fund. This strategy is the correct one for the long term growth of the RARI.

It’s very valuable to have this visibility into the operational and financial updates, as well as the outlook for the upcoming quarter. I also agree with @coffee-crusher’s comment this focus on growth, treasury management, and the Creator Fund is solid and a right strategy for RARI’s long-term success.
