I am a newbie to Rarible and haven’t sold any items. I am just here to ask the weekly distribution rules. It is said Rarible distribute RARI according to sales. So they distribute it according to the number of sales? or the total money amount of sales?

You get RARI tokens based on the percentage of sales revenue. Every week.
So, let’s say that you made up 2% of the entire sales volume/revenue.
And, let’s also say the entire week’s airdrop is 50,000 tokens. (Distributed to everyone)
Then, you’d receive 2% of 50,000 tokens.
= 1,000 tokens for this one week
… That being said, Rarible DAO has decided to end weekly airdrop for any trading volume. Ending Jan 16th.
