This proposal is to formalize and outline the Working Groups funding request process from the RaribleDAO and adds to the current WG proposal process written by Eric Arsenault (Working Group Proposal Process).
Currently we are creating proposals ad-hoc which makes it difficult to plan ahead. We need to establish clear guidelines and cyclicality to how Working Groups request funding to ensure smooth operations for each Working Group.
