1. Introduction
Anode is the independent continuation of StableLab Governance, now operating as a governance-native organization focused exclusively on DAO governance.
The team behind Anode (Raphael Spannocchi, Kenechukwu Eze, and Kaf Alles) has supported over 50 DAOs since 2021, acting as professional delegates, governance designers, and capital allocation advisors across major ecosystems.
Our RARI delegate addresses (V1 and V2) remain unchanged.
We continue operating with the same governance standards, analytical rigor, and long-term commitment β now under the Anode name.
2. Why RARI
RARI operates at the intersection of NFT infrastructure, creator empowerment, and marketplace innovation.
As NFT infrastructure evolves β especially with AI-native creativity and programmable ownership β governance maturity becomes critical.
Our priorities within RARI DAO:
- Strengthening capital allocation discipline
- Improving proposal clarity and accountability
- Supporting contributor onboarding quality
- Encouraging data-driven decision making
- Maintaining long-term strategic alignment
We believe RARIβs governance must evolve in parallel with its product ambitions.
3. Governance Approach
Anode treats governance as a professional, full-time function.
Delegators can expect:
- Published voting rationales
- Structured proposal analysis
- Active forum participation
- Transparent conflict disclosures
- Abstention when appropriate
We prioritize structure, accountability, and long-term value creation.
4. Disclosures
Anode participates in governance across multiple DAOs.
Any potential conflict of interest relevant to a proposal will be disclosed in the corresponding voting rationale.
5. Voting Rationales
All voting rationales will be posted as replies in this thread for both V1 and V2 governance instances.
Each rationale will include:
- Proposal title
- Vote (For / Against / Abstain)
- Clear reasoning
- Risk considerations where relevant
We welcome constructive discussion on any decision.
