Activate Idle ETH on Rari Chain via Conservative Staking

Vote: For

Rationale:
This proposal improves treasury efficiency by activating idle ETH through conservative, ETH-denominated staking. It preserves ETH exposure, avoids asset swaps or strategic reallocations, and keeps scope and execution tightly constrained, with clear disclosure and reporting commitments in place.

Governance Update — StableLab → Anode

An important update regarding our delegation on RARI.

StableLab Governance has evolved into an independent governance entity now operating under the name Anode (Anode.GG). The team leading RARI governance participation — Raphael Spannocchi, Kenechukwu Eze, and Kaf Alles — continues the same professional delegation work under the Anode identity.

These delegate addresses remain unchanged. There is no operational disruption. Voting standards, analytical rigor, and participation level remain the same. Anode represents a focused evolution into a governance-native organization dedicated exclusively to DAO governance and capital allocation design.

All future updates and voting rationales will be published under the new Anode Delegate Thread.

Any delegator who prefers to withdraw may of course do so. We appreciate the trust placed in us and look forward to continuing to serve RARI under Anode.
