Rationale:
StableLab supports RRC-12 for the following reasons:
- Reasonable Budget
While 1.4 million $RARI is a substantial portion of the treasury (about 10%), we think this is a worthwhile spend as it will drive lots of value back to the DAO. Bringing new builders and partners to Rari will hopefully increase the value of $RARI as more people will begin to use the Rari SDK and want to have a say in the direction of the Ecosystem. This will lead to an added value for token holders and DAO members that will outweigh this initial cost of 1.4M $RARI.
- Transparent Quarterly Reports
We believe the quarterly reports will be essential to the success of this proposal. It is vital that the community remain updated with the progress of this fund. This helps to keep the foundation accountable for this large sum of funding. It also adds extra excitement as the community learns which new and innovative builders join the ecosystem.
- Community Involvement With Grants Program
The proposal mentions the Foundation would “engage the community in grant recipient selection.” We think this is a great idea as it will help the community have a greater say in the process and help to create more enthusiasm surrounding the fund.

Rationale: StableLab supports the Rari Foundation keeping the budget surplus in stablecoins in order to pay vendors without needing to convert Rari at unfavorable rates. We also support utilizing some of the surplus for safe yield generation in order to get some kind of return on the treasury assets.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab supports diversifying the RARI treasury partially into stablecoins to generate yield through different investment strategies. This will hopefully help improve the financial position of the DAO and help promote long term sustainability.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab supports this proposal to outline clear guidelines to create new working groups, enhancing efficient and effective collaboration within the DAO.
Vote: For
Rationale: We support this proposal to revise the lock-up period for $RARI tokens awarded through the Ecosystem Grants Program. Removing the lock-up period after full project delivery and allowing case-by-case evaluations for upfront fund access will attract more established projects, reduce barriers for funding, and ensure timely project completion.
Vote: Yes
Rationale: StableLab supports this proposal to empower Latin American artists through the integration of the RARIBLE platform. This initiative aims to create a welcoming environment for artists, facilitating cultural exchange and the adoption of RARIBLE and the RARI Chain.
Vote: Yes
Rationale: StableLab supports this proposal to reclaim unclaimed tokens from the legacy wallet and reallocate them towards the growth and sustainability of the RARI ecosystem. The structured approach to fund distribution and the commitment to regular reporting by the RARI Foundation ensure accountability and effectiveness in utilizing these resources for the DAO’s long-term benefit.
Vote: Yes
Rationale: StableLab supports this proposal to introduce a 0.5% protocol fee structure for the Rarible protocol, with all generated revenue directed to the RARI DAO treasury. This fee structure will significantly enhance the financial sustainability and autonomy of the DAO.

Rationale: While StableLab is skeptical of the direct benefits that will be seen from this proposal, we support encouraging community involvement in the DAO. We think this will serve as a good experiment to see if the community can handle responsibilities like this or if the DAO needs to rethink the working group model.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab supports the creation of clearer mandates for the grants committee. We believe it is important for have clear goals and structure to a grant program and also support paying contributors who spend their time to select and monitor the grants.
Vote: Against
Rationale: StableLab was initially supportive of this proposal as we felt it would be a good experiment to test out the new working group model. However, now that there are discussions about a governance focused working group we would rather support that proposal for a wg experiment. We feel tokenomics are an extremely hard topic for a DAO to tackle and a working group focused on this may not yield valuable results. A more direct impact can be made to the RARI ecosystem if our first working group focuses on governance and strengthening the power of the DAO.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab supports this initiative to onboard Latin American Artists to the Rarible Ecosystem. This is a rapidly growing demographic of web3 users and we believe this highly targeted campaign could have tremendous impact in adding users to Rarible at a relatively low cost.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab is very supportive of this proposal. Governance on Eth mainnet can be very costly and be a barrier for those wishing to participate in governance especially in the absence of delegate rewards. Working closely with the Arbitrum ecosystem we are a major supporter of Arbitrum and think it would be a great place to host governance due to the low costs, high speeds, and high reliability of Arbitrum. We believe this could increase voter turnout for RARI DAO and help to keep the DAO safe.
Vote: Abstain
Rationale: As we are a part of this proposed working group we will abstain from voting. While we think this wg could provide important insights for how to improve governance in the DAO and would be happy to be a part of it, we will leave it up to the other delegates to decide if they feel this wg should be funded.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab believes this proposal will serve as a good test for the DAO to examine the benefits of working groups. We also believe this particular working group will create substantial value for the DAO by ensuring all governance documentation is up to date, hosting any extra community calls needed, and providing research into how RARI DAO can increase participation. StableLab would usually vote abstain on proposals that provide us payment. However, in the current state of RARI governance, StableLab has to vote “For” in order for any vote to pass quorum. Since this vote already has over 80% for votes, StableLab will also vote for in order to allow the proposal to meet quorum. This necessity for StabeLab to vote for highlights the need for the DAO to focus on increasing governance participation which we believe this working group will help solve.

Rationale: As a member of the current Security Council, StableLab would vote abstain on this proposal. However, since Quorum is unlikely to pass without our vote, voted For after all community concerns were addressed and there was sufficient consensus about the proposal.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab supports this proposal as it will add cutting-edge innovation to the Rari governance structure, increasing governance participation while incentivizing users to migrate and bridge RARI from the old contract in Ethereum to the new one in Rari Chain. The stRARI liquid token will also allow for composable uses for the token, creating potential synergies with further programs.
Vote: For
Rationale: StableLab supports this proposal as it introduces a clear and actionable Code of Conduct that promotes respectful, professional, and constructive engagement within RARI DAO.

Rationale: We are very excited to see the development of the Rari ecosystem in 2025. We do also appreciate the Transparency reports, which help the DAO reviewing the economic performance with the goal of achieving sustainability in the long run.
Vote: For
Rationale: The Delegate Launchpad has shown very useful to incubate a cohort of quality Delegates that are extremely committed to Rari DAO. Mirroring that in the upcoming Rari Chain governance is a key initiative.
Vote: For
Rationale: This initiative is crucial in the alignment between the DAO and Rarible. Both because it creates a clear path toward revenue generation and because it creates a symbiotic relationship where Rari DAO benefits from Rarible’s success, therefore, the DAO is also incentivized to support Rarible with expertise and incentives.
Vote: For
Rationale: A delegate incentive program is the obvious continuation for the Foundation’s Delegate Launchpad. The points system is well designed and promotes inclusion.

Vote: For
Rationale: These governance staking incentives will help mobilising Rari governance from Ethereum mainnet to Rari Chain and serve as a token sink attracting holders by providing yield.
Vote: For
Rationale: We support this proposal and appreciate the RARI Foundation’s effort to present a clear strategic vision that aligns operational priorities with current market realities and the DAO’s treasury capacity.
The consolidation of focus around Rarible as the primary adopter of the RARI protocol feels like a practical and necessary pivot given ecosystem traction to date.

RRC-XX: Fund Phase 2 of RARI Staking Rewards
Our vote
FOR
Rationale
This proposal executes the incentive schedule already approved by the DAO (RRC-43), while taking a more conservative stance by lowering the target APR to 15% and explicitly pausing the program after Phase 2. It honors prior commitments, reduces emissions, and preserves flexibility to reassess governance alignment and cost-effectiveness before any further rewards are authorized.
